spininthelp = spinint + help-button

      -validate    -- the validate command for the spinint widget (must be 
                      binary, nonnegint, posint, nonposint, or negint)
      -helpcommand -- command for the help button
      -helppadx    -- "padx" for the help button
      -helppady    -- "pady" for the help button
